Great location

The location was amazing, overlooking the beach. Lots of restaurants around. Few problems with the apartment: 1. One of the shower doors was broken, wasn’t closing properly 2. No instructions on how to use the cooker. We had to buy lighter to be able to use it. 3. The apartment was really hot. They had fan in every room but wasn’t enough. 4. They didn’t accommodate our late check out request. Had to pay for an extra night just to be able to check out late. Apart from the above, we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Beach Apartment!!!

We had an amazing holiday! You couldn’t get closer to the beach, easy quick access to supermarket, beach and amazing restaurants! The property managers were extremely responsive!

Mal estrado del apartamento

He estado se vacaciones en este apartamento el estado del apartamento daba pena. Estubimos en la fecha del 13/08/16 al 26/08/16 cuando llegamos la limpieza era nefasta las sabanas tenia pelo de animales, había un grifo del baño que no funcionaba, una puerta de un mueble rota y tirada en el suelo, un gas que tampoco funcionaba, los utensilios de cocina estaban quemados, las sartenes y las cacerolas se pegaba toda la comida del mal estado en que estaban. Tubimos que estar llamando a la agencia villafinca para que nos solucionarán todos los problemas que había y estar 5 días de nuestras vacaciones recibiendo a los técnicos para que nos solucionarán los problemas. Los colchones están en muy mal estado te clavas todos los muelles desde luego a ese apartamento no volvería. Lo único bueno que tiene es que esta en una buena zona, que es grande y que no pasamos calor.

Mala experiencia

Experiencia nefasta , no por la situación que es muy buena: la limpieza no ha existido, 'pelos de animal por todo el apartamento incluso en las canas, 'cocina que no funcionaba correctamente, colchones que se clavaban los muelles por todos los sitios de tu cuerpo y cuando los cambiaban estaban con manchas, frigirifico ruidoso etc. NO PIENSO VOLVER EN ESAS CONDICIONES El precio pagado por siete días era para tenerlo en muy buenas condiciones, Que lastima y que pena!

ya mas trranquilo y pasando revista a mis dias en ese apartamento, me reafirmo los comentarios que hice anteriormente y ademas añadir alguno mas: La cocina de gas que hay no funcionaban los botones de la cocina de gas con el cpnsiguiente peligro de no saber si estaban abiertos o cerrados y no quiero cansar ,mas. Peto en definitiva no pienso volver y que cada cual tome su decision Por seguro que no recomendare a nadie esa propiedad

Buena situación, colchones que se te clavan los muelles, pelos de animales por toda la casa, cocina que no funciona, televisión de hace 40 años, colchas con manchas, etc. Precio muy excesivo para lo que tiene, aparte de quejas continuas a la agencia después de mucho se consiguió al tercer día que viniese un equipo de limpieza con aspiradora, 'en fin un desastre, ni vuelvo ni s lo recomiendo a nadie, ' y no somos personas exquisitas en ese aspecto. Por cierto es el piso 3 puerta 9 escalera 9 del paseo marítimo de Neptuna número. 94

EXCELENTE

El piso esta muy bien situado, en primera línea de playa, las camas son comodas aunque los muebles en general son antiguos, el único pero que tiene esta propiedad es que no tiene presión suficiente de agua, y si se esta uno duchando no se puede abrir el grifo en ningún sitio mas, porque te quedas sin agua para ducharte. La playa es grande y muy bien equipada, recomendada para familias.
