“Charming and comfortable! A short walk to the seaside ”

“The staff were lovely and welcoming . The room was comfortable clean and well laid out.There were plenty of toiletries and the tea and coffee supplies were generous,which we appreciated on a cold and wet December day. The cafe was warm and inviting, staff were friendly. The breakfast roll was hearty ,delicious and well presented We had a really lovely stay and would recommend ”

“A beautiful house, with a spacious and comfortable room - with a massive bath! (We paid extra for the room with a bath and we’re not disappointed.) It was wonderfully peaceful and felt so relaxing. The bed was very soft but we nevertheless slept really well because of the lovely atmosphere, quiet and airiness of the room. Friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast - they accommodated me being veggie and asking for beans although it was not on the menu. Sadly brought fried rather than……

“Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable. ”

“Amazing, got to be the best B&B in Scarborough. Used for a one night stopover, definitely need to return for a longer stay. Comfortable room, great staff and breakfast an absolute feast.”

“Hotel rooms were, perhaps, typical of an older hotel, decorations a bit tired - as were carpets - but adequate. Our first room had a large stain on the bathroom ceiling which the staff identified and arranged our move to a bigger and better room. This really impressed us because it didn't require any complaining from us. Quite how it should be. All in all the staff were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. We would certainly visit again.”

“Clean, spacious property with two ample bedrooms, a large lounge and a well equipped kitchen on one floor and a toilet and shower room (with a good shower) on the floor below. Nice touches included a bottle of milk in the fridge and charging points at both sides of the comfy beds”
