「The pool was closed via health department. The property was under renovation without notice to us, the rooms were left open and nasty. Our room the toilet seat was very discolored, the lid was broken, there was hair and toilet paper on the ground by the tub. The iron board had very weird discolored spot on it. We wouldn't stay here again.」

「Disappointing, breakfast not included like most Eleganté stays. Room was noisy by highway.」

「I don’t know why they insist on giving them a debit card for security deposit while they already asked for a credit card. The environment is okay, the room is clean and Wi-Fi speed is quick. However, the room is supposed to have a hair dryer but it was missing. The hotel matches its 3 stars rating but could be better.」

「Difficult as we don’t speak Spanish. Considerate neighbors, monthly occupants quiet after 10. Out side Landscaping under going renovations. Room was clean and modern. Bed comfortable and fresh. Kitchen tiny. Refrigerator large for a motel, full freezer area. No utensils, dishes or pots or pans or paper towels. From the road it’s looks forlorn. We had a back room so less road noise. Didn’t visit pool. You can tell new renovations all over. Just not done completely yet. Room itself was decent.」

「Nothing unique about the property or anything that sets it apart from other nearby hotels. They charge for parking so surprise on that.」

「Overall the room is clean, the staffs (room service, kitchen) are friendly. However, the elevator is down without fixes on sight. Climbing 4 floors during hot Texas summer can be taxing. The checking out time can be a little more flexible. We asked the front desk if we can check out at 2pm due to a delayed event, after spending 5 nights. Unfortunately, we were denied, though the hotel doesn’t seem to be fully occupied due to the broken elevator.」
