A washing machine is also available for guests\' convenience. The living room leads to a small balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and summer evenings.

Outside, the residence\'s charm extends to a shared swimming pool and a large, well-maintained garden, ideal for spending pleasant afternoons in the sun. On the top floor of the residence, guests can access a residential solarium terrace to enjoy splendid views of the lake.
