“Clean very convenient, close to restaurants. Spacious, has kitchen. Staff are very attentive. Feel like more air b&b with on site staff. Paid extra for lake view, not sure really need it, most of the time, we spent on lake side area with excellent view and scenery. ”

“We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.”

“This property is just as advertised! Beautiful property just south of Varenna. Everything was updated and clean. The patio is private and a great spot to enjoy the view of Lake Como. Marco and his wife are fantastic hosts. Marco even came and picked us up from the train station upon arrival! Pictures don't do it justice....the views of the lake are incredible from this property. The property is about a 30 min walk from Varenna, but there were local cabs (contacts provided by host) that were……

“Nous avons été excellemment reçues par Claudine et même avant notre arrivée les échanges étaient complets et rapides. La ville de sala Comacina est super bien placée par rapport aux différents points d’intérêts du Lac de Côme. Et en vous y baladant, dont par la Green way qui passe juste au-dessus de l’appartement, vous vous rendrez compte que c’est super village. Avoir accès au parking était extrêmement précieux (ne venait pas dans la région avec un 4*4 ou une berline sauf si vous voulez……

“Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Ein TV Gerät würde die Wohnung vervollständigen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Markt, wo man auch Brötchen bekommt. Restaurant befinden sich in der Nähe. Der Pool war noch geöffnet, sodass wir ihn auch jetzt im Oktober noch nutzen konnten. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.”

“A very modern building about 20 minutes walk from the railway station and about 30 minute walk to main shopping area, hotel situated in mostly residential areas so very quiet after 8pm in evening, otherwise fine with supemarket also 10 minutes walk away”

“My wife, 3 year old son and I all really enjoyed our stay in Nesso. It was a peaceful town to stay in with a short walk to the market and waterfall and there was a private place to park. It is also located right next to the bus stop if wanting to go to Como or Bellagio by bus instead of driving. Nesso was a great place to stay since easy to get to Como and Bellagio and then ferries from there with or without a car. The host was very responsive to inquiries and accommodating. We had a wonderful……

The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). “Charming look into the past. No AC but had beautiful mountain air blowing in through windows. It was comfortable at night. We weren’t there during the day. Beds are firm but not all amenities were in tip too shape. WiFi was weeeak. People were friendly. Community too. ”

“It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.”
