Had a problem with a noisy upstairs person, but reported it and the staff moved me . They moved me to a quieter area because I go to work really early in the morning, so I go to bed early.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I want a local getaway. The staff is always amazing, friendly, and accommodating, making every stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the stoves work great if you prefer to cook your own meals.

The pictures of this property are very deceiving. It is low quality, which makes sense for the price. I found lots of stains dirt and hair in my bed upon arrival and the whole place smelled like raviolis.

It was okay. Staff wasn’t ready and available until the time stated on their website. Had to call and wait in order to talk to someone. It wasn’t smooth. And coming from 16 hours away it was really unfortunate

The cleanliness of the the room was terrible there were large stains on the bed sheets, that no-one had bother to change before we checked in. When we finally tracked down a staff member we were told that the room wasn't ready yet and she was going to come back and clean it. Well that never happened! There was a soda bottle under the bed hair on the shower walls the phone in the room didn't work and the bathroom sink the drain catcher was missing.
