First time I've stayed at a Hyatt House, which seems to be Hyatt's equivalent of Hilton's Hampton Inn. Nice spacious room. The little kitchen seemed pretty usable (though we didn't). Lots of places to eat nearby. The "free" breakfast was meh; not as good as Hampton Inn's. Not as well-prepared and not as much variety.

Hyatt House has become our regular hotel for our trips to the Raleigh area. It is close to the airport, has spacious rooms, and a nice pool. We enjoy their lobby area which has a bar, television, and pool table. We also appreciate that breakfast is included. Looking forward to our next trip!
