“公寓清潔要加強”

“We booked this as part of a longer stay in Norway. We were dissatisfied with the property for numerous reasons but primarily because the description fell far short of the reality. We were looking for a one bedroom apartment and the description clearly states this had one bedroom and a sitting area. In fact, what we got was a sofa bed in the corner of the main - and only room. To sit comfortably would have required dismantling and re-making the bed every day in order to have a comfortable place……

“This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for myself, my husband and our grown daughter. Great restaurants, delicious coffee and beautiful parks all within easy walking distance. Proximity to the university gave the neighborhood a fun vibe. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The host had changed the property from what I had initially. Apparently this was bigger than the one that was booked. The lounge was good where you can chill n have coffee.”

“We enjoyed this as our final stay in Norway after 2 weeks. It was idyllic, scenic, and we loved the hens and chicks free ranging on the property! So cute. The only confusion was that there isn't any signage directing you where to go when you arrive. We accidentally went to the door of their main home that is pictured in the Expedia listing, instead of the home that is the rental described. I had to message them when we arrived for clarification. Other than that, the stay was very relaxing.……

“Convenient to cruise terminal . Not as pictured. Bed was sofa bed. Quite well equiped and lots of eating places and grocers around. From cruise terminal was uphill if someone has lots of luggage.”

“The apartment is located at a slope while the outside of the road is not really clean and some rubbish were spread over on the road that perhaps the risbiish bin was full Meanwhile, it should be specified clearly that there’re no lift available so to let the customer consider whether we should book the apartment at top floor (3rd floor). It was challenging to bring four big luggage up the stairs!! I have never had experience when I booked at hotel.com that there are rules from the hotel that……

“Väldigt centralt boende och billigt. Hade önskat tvål på toaletten och att det fanns en kaffebryggare. Annars var det väldigt bra för det billiga priset 🙃”

“Det står i annoncens at det er plads til 10 personer, men det kan vi ikke påstå etter å ha vært 6 stk. Sengene var smale, rundt 120 cm brede, så det var trangt å ligge to voksne i en seng. For to barn fungerer det greit. Man må være forberedt på noe skrik og skrål utenfor leiligheten da det er restaurant/pub rett ved leiligheten. Leiligheten i seg selv ligger sentralt ift sentrum.”

“Tusen takk for at vi fikk bo i leiligheten deres! Vi har hatt et veldig fint opphold og trivdes godt. Leiligheten var ren, hyggelig og hadde alt vi trengte. Takk for god kommunikasjon og gjestfrihet. Vi anbefaler gjerne stedet videre og kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang!”
