「They seem to be understaffed. You have one person managing the front desk and the bar area simultaneously. When you can get anyone to help you the staff is courteous. The front desk closed at night. Be sure to have everything you need before they close for the night!」

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「The cafeteria closed the kitchen Sunday at 3:00 P.M. ; offering only coffee and drinks. On Monday it was closed all together. Monday morning was our checkout; the front desk was closed and did not open until 9:00 A M. This was after I had a housekeeping member call. The soap dispenser in the shower is no longer used, so they offfered us these tiny hand hand soaps instead.」

「Rooms are well-kept and clean. The Breakfast offered is a great value to your stay. Amenities are excellent!」

「Good Location. Street Parking. Building conditions needs maintainance . Needs to improve A LOT cleanliness. Found the bathroom with hairs all over and had to clean myself it was very disgusting. All the noises from outside can be clearly heard. Only for one night to get through it.」

「Good room centrally located. No trash bin in room, tv didnt work well, shower doesnt have a lot of hot water. Overall okay experience.」

「El agua de la piscina no estaba limpia, la luz de encima del lavamanos no prendio nunca, no habia nevera, habia que pedir el hielo en recepcion como si lo tuvieran controlado, preferi comprar bolsas de hielo, las camas son full no queen, el lavamanos se estacaba el agua, 」

「Ofrecieron estacionamiento el cual no existe. La calle no es propiedad privada. Ofrecer estacionar al frente en la calle no es tener estacionamiento disponible. La presión de la ducha fue como balance con un vaso. De todo lo demás fue excelente」
