“The property is beautiful but if it’s advertised as a beach front it would’ve been nice to know that we couldn’t swim or walk on said beach. Instead we had to book a car for $120 USD to take us to a beach that was 30 mins away. I asked for my room to be decorated for my 40th bday they said they would do it and didn’t! I asked if they can include my own decor they said I would have to pay extra. I did it myself. My room was partially cleaned. The staff Maleek and Sarah in the Indian restaurant……

“Put in the reservation/booking notes we were celebrating our baby moon and wedding anniversary and would be interested in a room upgrade. When we arrived no congratulations, acknowledgment of notes at all. When I asked about a room upgrade I was told I had to call Hilton directly which I found strange. Overall staff was pleasant, there was loud construction going on during our stay. Restaurants and pools on site were convenient. Beach not safe for toddlers/ small children.”

“South Point resort is very nice, but it is far from the calming beaches and activities in Barbados. They don’t offer complementary shuttle service to the beaches or airport thus far each taxi or Uber is 30 US dollars per Way. If this hotel is in a different location, it will be every bit of a five. If you’re looking for tranquility and to stay in your room then yes it’s a five but if you’re looking for other activities, you probably wanna stay more inland. Hotel staff is excellent and so is……

“The worst experience I ever had traveling out the country. The resort was terrible. The food was terrible. They only gave you one plate per one plate breakfast lunch, and dinner and the food was horrible. Would not recommend. Do not go here. The pool was nasty and dirty and closed at 6 PM.”

“I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. “First off it’s a small place but that doesn’t take away anything. Its gorgeous!!!! Staff is beyond helpful. It has an amazing restaurant up top and is close to a lot of things.
