“Excellent Hotel for a special occasion £750.00 per night Sterling quite expensive Drinks very Expensive also
Staff very well trained just a little over the top with greetings which the brits are not use too.”
“Updated property & clean. Felt safe. Staff was excellent and helpful. Good breakfast. Only downside was there being no AC but that’s common in the Alps. ”
“The room is small and the price is high.
The youth hostel is 20mins walk from Saanen station
We don"t like it.
The staff are friendly and glad to help.”
“Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~
Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.”
“More than 600 CHF a night for worse than three star hotel condition. Room was big, but not even basic amenities were available such as tooth paste. Breakfast was simple but ok. The receptionist in the morning was impolite and ignoring. In gernetal, an overpriced but outdated hotel with insufficient staff”
“Absolutely adorable room in a historic building in a charming medieval town. Cozy, comfortable, and clean. Owner graciously welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful experience.”
“Had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at LSG for a week. The hotel is situated at the top of a hillside in a little medieval village and is just picturesque. All around is serenity and nature.
The hotel is a lovely place, has adequate sized rooms and they are very comfortable. The best part is waking up and looking straight out onto the mountains and hearing the sounds of nature !!
Food at the hotel is delicious and their cheese fondue and ice creams are the best !
