“The site was paved and very level. Full hookups all worked great, however, water pressure was a little lower than we like. Site was clean and well maintained. Easy check in with good communication from host. Only 2 issues we had were 1) the noise from the nearby roadway was very loud and could be heard basically 24/7 and 2) the free WiFi from the property was terrible and unusable. We loved the community vibe though and walking the property was very pleasant. They have a library and full laundry……

“We loved the unique stay near the Smokies! We were surprised to find the lodging wasn’t quite as secluded as the photos would lead you to believe. But, the walkability to coffee and ice cream were nice! For a family, we would want to be sure the gas stove cover is present (pictured but was not found in our tent) but we were able to steer little hands away. Hospitality was lovely and this made for a fun stay!”

“Absolutely incredible property. Clean, cool, amazingly attentive and very thoughtful hosts. Everything was considered down to the smallest detail and I mean that literally. The property is super convenient to the forest - it's like 5 minutes to a river so idyllic it will take your breath away, but waking distance to a coffee shop and a brewery. Very fun experience for the whole family!”

“Our first glamping experience was overall a great one! The tent itself was really neat, comfortable, and a fun way to experience camping without completely roughing it. We especially loved that s’mores were provided—it was such a nice touch! There were a few things we weren’t quite prepared for, though. We didn’t realize how close the tent was to the road and the heavy traffic nearby. Early in the morning, cars were pulling right up next to our tent, sometimes even blocking us in. On Saturday,……
