  • Cozy and cheerful with the wood plank and beam interior of a legitimate log cabin, the well-located Autumn Mist will fill the bill for families with 2-6 in their party. Being 3.5 blocks from downtown Gatlinburg and within comfortable walking distance of Winery Square, home of the Smoky Mountain Winery and the Salt and Pepper Shaker Museum, this cabin offers all the comforts of home away from home.

    Grill lunch and dinner outdoors while enjoying a partial mountain view, or prepare a nutritious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Too tired to go out after a full day of family fun? Enjoy the hot tub on the deck or soak in the oversized Jacuzzi. Two cable televisions and WiFi round out the package. The location was great! Walkable to downtown yet with a woodsy vibe. Very prompt response from owner and he was very nice. Decor could be updated but it had everything we needed. Hot tub was a nice feature. Really great value. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable there.

We loved it.

We absolutely loved this little cabin. We used the Jacuzzi every night. After the long days in Gatlinburg. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The walk to Gatlinburg was long and hilly, but I guess that is what we should have expected from a mountain getaway.

The location of this cabin was everything! We walked almost everywhere on the main strip in Gatlinburg. It was close but still felt private. Kids loved the hot tub. Cabin had everything we needed, managers were great and very responsive if we needed anything. would definitely book this place again.

Very happy with our stay. Close to everything but seems like you’re in the woods. We had one issue with the hot tub and they came and figured it out right away. Saw a few bears. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall it was amazing. I would suggest labeling switches in bathroom so nothing gets messed up. Also a different arrangement for parking would be amazing. Everything was clean there was plenty of towels.

A Calming Retreat

The cabin was absolutely lovely. Perfect for me and my partner, we enjoyed the hot tub almost every night, and the jacuzzi tub was great as well. My favorite part was the swinging chair on the deck, it was so relaxing I fell asleep in it while gazing at the mountains. We would definitely stay at this cabin again, neither of us had any complaints. :)

Granddaughter trip

We brought our granddaughter for a graduation present! We loved the seclusion of the cabin while still being close to town! We saw 5 different bears from deck! A momma with two cubs and two small adult bears. Loved it!
