Clean and convenient!

The cabin was just as described in the listing. Very clean and spacious. There were a few things that could have been better. The beds are not very comfortable, the mattresses are super thin and hard in every room. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the out door lighting could be better. While those things could use improvement it didn’t hinder our stay. We enjoyed the cabin feel and the convenience to downtown Gatlinburg.

Everything was excellent! Extremely quick responses. They even answered the phone when called. Shower pressure not great!! However the hot tubs in the rooms were excellent.

Great stay

Loved the cabin, very convenient to Gatlinburg. Saw bears daily around the cabin, one came up just after we arrived checking door handles trying to get in the car.
