The room was perfect. The views and accommodations at the resort were excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back. Westgate is a great resort!

Location is great. Minutes from pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The host’s communication, perfect! However, the condo is outdated, noisy and the only window in the unit looks at a rock wall! You hear everything your neighbor is doing at all times!! You also will get HAUNTED to purchase a time share here. Once they get your phone number, it’s over! The waterpark is also gross. While we were in the lazy river, a used bandaid floated onto my arm!!!! We will not stay here again based on our experience.
