Great place to stay! Beds are out of this world comfy and the set up of the condo is perfect for families. Host was easy to get ahold of and so incredibly kind and efficient with needs. The road up to the condo is intense, so be ready! The directions provided for the drive are spot on. We did see bears on the road but none at the property (although we did get to see a coyote from the back deck), and had a silly bluebird like to watch us form the back deck.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay! It was affordable and just the right size for us. My husband loved the windy drive up and down the mountains, and the view was gorgeous. We saw a few bears around the property. It was a wonderful place to come "home" to each night after a day full of adventures.

Love this location. Seen bears every day of our stay down below the balcony. Even had a bobcat stroll across one evening. Not a brand new property, but still very good. Can't wait to come back.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was exciting to see bears in the parking lot. The views are spectacular. The space itself was welcoming and had everything we need. I appreciated the closet with "things we might need" because my oldest forgot his toothbrush and I forgot my charger. We would definitely come back.

This was a cozy little condo that had plenty of space for my family. They had provided everything that we may need. I couldn’t get enough of the view. Actually got to see a black bear everyday we were there, which was amazing.

Wonderful Family Reunion Stay

Location, space, and activities were the theme of this VRBO. We had family from three states meet at the 'Unaware Bear' property. We were close to Dollywood, Splash, and the Old Mill. Each family had their own space and we also had plenty of room to get together as a group. Pigeon Forge offered many activities as did the 'Unaware Bear' with games, arcades, a hot tub, and swimming pool access. We enjoyed our visit!

The listing is accurate, it is located on the top of mountain you drive up at 20 miles an hour. The feeling of peace and beauty of the mountains surround you. We saw black bear on three separate occasions around the property. Wishing we could stay longer to enjoy hikes.

Good place to stay. Affordable and nice owner. Fair people. Both pools and hot tubs were nice...saw 7 bears during the week that was awesome. Stayed sun 9/15- sun 9/22 make that they know your arrival date. We got there the place was not cleaned up, because they thought we were coming on the next day. They made things right.
