We loved the cabin! It could have been vacuumed better! The hot tub didn’t work, which was very disappointing. The carport and back door area needed leaves blown especially since we had rainy days! We had to be extra careful not to slip on the wet leaves. They are in desperate need of a new dishwasher and some new non stick cookware! Overall this a lovely cabin, and it was the perfect size for my large family!

House is beautiful, spacious and in a great location. Management responded quickly but follow through wasn’t great. The hot tub was broken (one of our main reasons for choosing the house) and although we were told he would address in am it was not. The dishwasher was broken (Seemed already noted by past guest b/c someone came to look at it), the ice maker did not work, the sink in lower level was clogged, the pull out sofa broken, the large TV downstairs for movies didn’t work, and the cleaning crew did what seemed to be the minimal cleaning. The cleaning was very frustrating seeing how much we pay for that. Although the issues were disappointing; we enjoyed playing games and looking at the view.
