**✅Fast wifi and 3 rook equipped tv's(byo passwords for Netflix/Hulu/etc..) We do not have cable
**✅2 arcade games, pool table, board games, and karaoke machine that can be used as Bluetooth speaker or you can download an app on your phone for singing, we recommend the "smule" app which gives you a free 1 week trial

-Master bedroom has a king bed and Jaccuzi tub
-Master bathroom is equipped with a stand-up shower
- The upstairs (2nd) bedroom/game room is an open loft open to downstairs/ large windows and has a full bath with a stand up shower
-Log cabin on a secluded hill top, yet still close(within 10- 15 minutes)to all major attractions!
2 days prior to arrival you will be sent check-in details/instructions
You will have the entire cabin to yourselves:)
Keyless self entry with a smartlock/keypad,no need to check-in at an office or to meet in person!
We are available 7 days a week 9am-8pm via vrbo Messenger only. No phone or text.

-Cabin is equipped with fast wifi and 3 roku tv's, so byo passwords for Netflix, Hulu, etc. just like at home. Just make sure to sign out before you leave. We do not have cable.
-We provide hand soap and a start of toilet paper,paper towels,shampoo/conditioner,and body wash. You may need to buy more during your stay..
We do not provide laundry detergent.
-Coffee:We have a regular drip style coffee maker AND a kuerig. We will only provide coffee filters and a start of coffee so, byo coffee/condiments
🔴**This cabin is located on a hill top. The road is paved, but the very short drive up (roughly 1/4 mile) to the cabin is steep and curvy like many roads in the area. Drive slow and swing wide around the curve at the entrance! Not recommended for modified low-rider cars or novice motorcycle riders.
-Even though there are some other rental cabins near by you will still have lots of privacy and feel very secluded!
- HOT TUB
Upon check in the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained,cleaned,and refilled every turn. However,it will be sparkling clean!
🔴- You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out.
-This cabin has a metal roof and has no attic. You will hear noises! You will hear rain on the roof during heavy rain fall. You will hear anything that walks on the roof. Also,having a metal roof with no attic, during high/low temp swings you may occasionally hear a creaking/popping noise.This is common.
-Please see Check-Out instructions under "House Rules" section below.
**There is a lot of bear activity in the area surrounding the cabin**

Please read below before confirming your booking.
***By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the rental terms set forth in this listing and this document.***
***Cabin rental agreement:
1.)Check-in time is 4pm and Check-Out time is 10am. We need the 10am-4pm window to allow time to clean/sanitize the cabin and address anything maintenance related.
Early check-ins/Late check outs will be charged an extra $50 per. Address will be sent 48hrs prior to arrival and the door code will be sent 3pm on check-in day.
2.)All BOOKING guests must be atleast 25+ yrs. of age(except children accompanied by their parents)and present during the entire stay...No exceptions..
3.)Strict 8 people max occupancy including children! If you bring more than 8 humans extra charges will occur.
4.) 3 vehicle max parking. More than 3 vehicles are not permitted. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking in gravel area in front of the cabin. Parking on the street is not permitted. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at owners expense.
5.)NO REFUNDS for weather related issues,road conditions, power outages beyond my control.
6.)We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies.However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as,toilet paper,paper towels,soaps,etc..
7.)**No pets of any kind! Extra charges will apply if this rule is broken.
8.)-HOT TUB-(No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tub at anytime without adult supervision)Remember when using a hottub certain health-risks are associated. Use at your own risk!Our housekeepers drain,sanitize, re-fill and replenish chemicals before your arrival.Therefore,it may be later that evening before it is hot and ready for your enjoyment.(DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON HOT TUB COVER)They can break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub to leave the lid closed so hot tub will stay warm.
**The easy lift arm requires you to fold cover back over the lift arm,then step inside the tub to lift up, and push back to fully open.
9.)Fireplace: Wood burning is NOT allowed from May 1st- Oct 1st.
10.)Septic system:The septic system is very effective,however it can get clogged if improper materials are flushed.. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime! If it is found d that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system you may be charged for damages up to $1,000 Absolutely no grease to be drained in any sink or toilet.
11.)Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted
12.)Keep doors closed during your stay to
keep bugs/critters/etc. out. Remember, you are in the mountains!
13.)Please do not throw any food or trash off of the decks.
14.)BEARS: There is a very good chance you will see bears near the cabin,do not feed the bears! Also do not leave food in your car,bears can open car doors and possibly damage you vehicle trying to get to food! As owners we will not be responsible for such damages.
15.)This cabin is privately owned/managed. Owners are not responsible for any accidents,injury,or illness that occurs while on the premises.The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation,it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise.
16.) Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, pool table, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of renter..If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately.
