Great Time

Everything was clean and the resident was easy to find. Parents loved we were in the middle of the Gatlinburg craftsman 8 mile loop. Great communication, answered questions quickly and was patient, I had several traveling with Senior adults. Will stay again!

Just OK

The positive parts of our stay were the location, nice decks off of every room, and easy check-in/check-out. Our unit was not decorated as the listing photos showed. Cleanliness was just ok. The hand soaps seemed to be watered down. There was no laundry detergent provided. Halfway through our stay maintenance left a half used, and dirty, bottle of detergent. There was a small water stain on the master bedroom ceiling. Parts of the downstairs bathroom floor were ripped and duct taped over, and in general things were dusty and just not sparkling clean. I have photos of each of these things.The most disappointing part for our family was that a pool was listed in the property description. This is not the case. The community center is a short drive away, where the pool is, and there is a fee to swim as well as restricted hours. And during our stay the pool was closed for maintenance. Welcome and Warm Stay

We enjoyed our time in the condo. It was clean and easily accessible. The location was great in proximity to all the activities in Gatlinburg. The owner was responsive to any questions or issues we had and checked in regularly.
