I go to Gatlinburg every year and I always try to find the best spot on the strip. This is the place!!! This condo is the best and I can't wait to book again!! :)

Great trip

This property was in a fantastic location for walking Gatlinburg strip so no need to move your car. Crockett’s Breakfast Camp and Ober Gatlinburg very close. There is a very steep hill from the condo to the street if you plan to walk. There was a bear in the parking lot early one morning which caused excitement. The unit was very clean and quiet with 2 great balconies. Would stay here again.

Great Location, Otherwise Lacking

The condo is in a great location and had all of the necessary amenities. However, there were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and the bathroom rug and dining room chairs were dirty. After inquiring about the condition of the unit, the manager offered to send someone out to clean, but we declined. The cable box in the living room was unplugged, which we figured out after some time trying to get the tv going. Our stay was good over all, but we will choose a different condo in Summit Manor next time.

Beautiful view

We had a fabulous stay and the condo itself was lovely. However, the elevator was broken when we got there and the condo was on the 4th floor. That would have been inconvenient enough, but my husband is a disabled vet and unable to walk up 4 flights and carry bags. I called vacsa and was told the property manager was aware of the issue and would contact me to see if any help was available. No one ever called or stopped by and we were told one time the elevator was fixed when it clearly wasn’t. Fortunately we figured out a work around ourselves, but that included someone having to go up and down the stairs to call the elevator. It turns out the inside buttons didn’t work, but no one from the property ever told us anything about it. I found out the next morning that it was working when I tried it. Other than that it was beautiful, but I was disappointed in the property management.

Great Condo in Town

The Condo was clean and had great views of the town. The only downside is the steep hill. We walked to the Parkway twice and the uphill walk back was a doozy!

Great experience

First time using Vrbo. This unit was managed by Vacasa. Attempted to use the Vacasa app while there, but always got a failed server message. So used Vrbo to communicate if needed. Clean unit. Well stocked kitchen. Door code a slight challenge. Easy access to everything. Quiet surroundings. Saw bears daily from the patio deck. Would definitely stay there again!

Return to the Smokies.

Wonderful time. Met up with friends from Indiana who were camping in Elkmont to see fireflies. Awesome! Saw former neighbors and spent time catching up with them. Great trip!

Great family rental!

Place was perfect for what our family of 5 needed. The only downside was it said it came with pool towels so we did not pack them and there were no pool towels to be found in the unit. We also had to call Vacasa to get the code for pool area as it was not in our welcome email. Those things didn’t break our trip just more informational for guests. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Anniversary Getaway

We’ve stayed at Summit Manor on several occasions. Great location within a few steps from the Parkway. The condo was quiet and clean. We highly recommend when visiting Gatlinburg.

Great location if your plans involve the convention center

We were playing in a bridge tournament at the Gatlinburg convention center, so this location was ideal. It is also super-easy to drive to the national park from here. The accommodations are fine, though not special - it feels a bit like a long term stay hotel with more space. Some very handy conveniences include wheeled luggage racks, elevator to ground level (because the building is up a steep hill from the main drag), etc. Beds were comfortable. Internet was good. No noise was heard from other units. Parking was easy. Minimally stocked kitchen. The outdoor pool and hot tub were not open, but didn't look too exciting. Good value place.

Centrally located clean and comfortable downtown Gatlinburg condo

Loved the convenient location just off the Main Street in Gatlinburg. We enjoyed reading on the balcony with the awesome Mountain View. The unit was clean and well-stocked with basics like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, pots/pans, silverware etc. plus plenty of towels. Beds comfortable and the complex was very quiet. We suggested the host do some decorative updating, but nothing major that takes away from the overall guest experience.

Clean and Spacious!!

The condo has a great layout, had everything we needed, & was a great location! Our only issue was the very long, 10 digit code, to enter the condo was a little difficult to navigate and the road/driveway leading up to the condo from the main strip could be dangerous as it’s so dark and it’s hard for drivers to sew anyone walking.

Great location, price, and utility

This condo is in a great location, right on the Gatlinburg strip and has plenty of room for 4 people. The balcony's have great views and I loved sitting out there with my coffee in the morning. The one improvement suggestion I have is to make the door code shorter. It was so long that I had to screen shot it and pull out my phone each time I wanted to enter the door because none of us could remember it.
