Guests of Sweetgum Lodge enjoy free access to three private clubhouses, each offering oversized swimming pools—some with multiple pools at one location. Additional amenities include tennis courts, pickleball, basketball courts, a fitness center, a game room, and a children's playground. A club pass is required for entry.

What linens are provided?
• Sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels per guest, 2 washcloths per guest, and 1 hand towel per bathroom.
What supplies are included?
• Starter set: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 kitchen trash bag. (Guests should bring additional supplies as needed.)
Is there a grill?
• Yes! A charcoal grill is provided. Charcoal and lighter fluid are NOT supplied.
Are pets allowed?
• No. Pets are strictly prohibited.
Is the hot tub cleaned after each stay?
• Yes! The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled before every stay.
Is the price negotiable?
• No. We do not offer discounts or waive fees.
When is final payment due?
• 30 days before your stay.
When will I receive the address and access information?
• You will receive the address, door code, and directions 24 hours before check-in via a separate message.
What is the cancellation policy?
• Cancellations made 60+ days before arrival: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 59 days of arrival: Non-refundable
Do you offer refunds for bad weather?
• No. Weather-related cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
How is the drive to the cabin?
• Roads are paved and well-maintained, but some areas are steep.
Do I need a four-wheel drive?
• Only if there is snow or ice conditions. A 4WD or snow chain is recommended for winter stays.
Where can I book?
• We currently accept bookings through VRBO.
What type of internet is provided?
• Unlimited Wi-Fi with Smart TVs in every room for streaming your favorite services.
Do you offer last-minute discounts?
• Occasionally, prices may be reduced for unsold dates, but any discounts will already be reflected in the listing price.
