Great cabin. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect for a guys weekend watching sports with childhood friends. Host was outstanding at communicating and quickly got some technology issues resolved. Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful cabin with such a beautiful view … best view we ever experienced!!!The three decks are a great place to start and end each day! We saw bears from our deck each day.Five bedrooms each having their own bathroom was a great plus.The game room was lots of fun and a great hangout space!The large dining table was perfect for all of us to dine together and play family games!Thank you for such a great cabin to enjoy our family time!!!

Our family had a great time here. Everything was nice and clean and spacious! The boys/men loved the 2 arcade games. Seen a bear everyday especially when we fired up the grill.

Great place for a large group!

We had a large group with a wide age range and this cabin worked perfectly for us. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. It made getting ready for our day much easier. The location couldn't be better. We also loved that the table was big enough to fit us all comfortably for meals.

Great stay

The property was very spacious, really nice with lots to do. Very beautiful views you can enjoy from any of the balconies on each 3 floor and the property was very easy to locate. The whole process was very seemless which was great!

The cabin was exactly as advertised. The view was spectacular! My only complaint is that we could not control the main television in the rec room. None of the remotes seemed to work for it. The TV in the main room worked for streaming service, although, the service was slow and the picture poor. The bedroom TVs worked great and had Dish Network service. It appeared that the main TVs were hooked up to Dish as well, but we couldn't get it to work. The management company came by, but they couldn't get the one in the rec room to work either. I normally wouldn't mind (we didn't plan to watch much TV). However, on Saturday there were 2 college games that we desparately wanted to watch.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the smokies! The location of the cabin was great! It was convenient to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was the perfect size for our family to all be under the same roof and maximize our time together. The view was beautiful! I would highly recommend.

Spring Family Trip

The property was just as described. Great mountain views, the sunsets were amazing with Gatlinburg strip in the distance. Our family spent the week together making breakfast and dinners, and sipping coffee on the porch. The kids loved the game room and didn't want to leave. Plenty of kitchen supplies and seating for a family of 15. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin. The game room was a lot of fun for the kids. Beautifully decorated, furnishings were in excellent repair and very tasteful. We loved the American theming. When we go back, we'll definitely stay there again!

50 th Birthday

Decide to rent a cabin for my wifes 50th birthday. The cabin was super clean in a good location from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would say Bear Tracts cabins are the way to go if you are looking at renting. I look forward to rent from them again.

Good View

Overall we are happy with the cabin. The beds aren’t the comfiest to sleep in. The main living room tv had a weird green tint so it was odd trying to watch tv at night. The Batman game down stairs was fun. The shower water got just hot enough to take a shower but the water heater may need to be adjusted a few degrees hotter for a more pleasant shower. Be prepared to wake up bright an early with the morning sun in the main level master bedroom. Good location for quick access to the beginning of Gatlinburg and easy to get on the road to Pigeon Forge.
