Cozy cabin

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Had everything more that we needed,very clean, and the location was perfect! Everything we needed was near by. We definitely recommend , and would love to go back soon!

Great Cabin

Great cabin near gatlinburg. We enjoyed the many amenities (several hot tubs, pool table, arcade games). Check in and check out process was easy.

From the second i pulled up to the cabin, i knew I was in for something special. This place is immaculate, cozy yet spacious, and has all the little details that make it feel like a true home away from home. The views? Absolutely breathtaking. Perfect house for family!

So happy together was a beautiful, comfortable and perfect for 3 families. The hottub /pool area was great for all. Landscaping, fire pit, and brook was very relaxing!

Family Thanksgiving

Had a wonderful time. Location is perfect, the cabin is very spacious and wepp kept. Clean and nicely furnished. On our final morning, had an encounter with a bear but he quickly departed. Recomend this cabin, with its own private area, to anyone looking for a family or group stay.

Awesome spot

Great time in the smoky mountains

It’s our kids favorite thing about the cabin!. Everything was clean and in working order. We had a great time. Will stay again!

Enjoyed the Bears every day, watching them open car doors. Everything we needed was there

Fantastic property. Great for large family yet privacy with each bedroom having their own bath pots pans dishes, silverware were plentiful. Enjoyed the gas grill also the hot tub. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing location with great features for everyone!

Our large family had an amazing stay. The cabin offers everything from views to a movie theater. The pool/hot tub combo was a big hit. Close to town but just far enough away to get the cabin life feeling. Would highly recommend it to any family that requires a bathroom for every room as ours did. Every family had personal space throughout the entire cabin. 10 out of 10 would recommend to larger groups.

Can’t wait to go back!

We were a family of 26 gathering from all over the US to celebrate my dad’s 90th. We rented Happy Together and Overlook and couldn’t have asked for anything better. Although there were plenty of things to do in the area, we all just stayed at the cabins. They were impeccably clean and comfortable and fit us all perfectly. I took all the kudos for finding BearTracts and I’m grateful I did!

Family time

This property had plenty of room for all of us...layout was nice with one king sized bed on main level...great for nanny and pawpaw...first floorwas comfortable...upstairs way too hot and lower level frigid and we couldn't enjoy the pool table or games or theatre room.. .shower water too cool and hot tub on porch area did not work...hot water no jets. Nice piece of land and children enjoyed playing outside in the back yard...creek nice addition and fire pit relaxing...and the neighborhood bears that visited daily were neat to watch.

Great place for a big family trip

We had 12 people between 1 and 64 in the house. It is very comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The outdoor area has two jacuzzies and one is attached to an infinity pool. We saw bears from a safe distance multiple times in the neighborhood. There was a nice gas grill also. The description says that soap and shampoo etc were not provided but they were in the house. We had a great time and plan to come back in the future.

Great House Very Spacious

This is a fantastic house. It is spacious and has great amenities. The outdoor space is beautiful and the sunsets from the deck are breathtaking. There are 2 items I would suggest as updates/improvements. 1. The living room area consists of 3 leather couches which aren't very comfortable and are quite dated. The living area could be much more cozy and inviting. 2. The outdoor swim spa is only heated to 77 degrees which may be warm enough for some, but was quite chilly for my kids and family. This was slightly disappointing. Overall this is a spacious, clean and very functional house with a fantastic location just minutes to Gatlinburg. The owners were responsive and helpful. I would certainly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property!! Surprisingly close to town (within 5 minutes) but feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere. We used the outdoor space every single day and were thankful for the pool, firepit, and little stream. We saw so many bears. Several came and got a drink out of the little stream in the yard. They left us alone but we made sure to keep a healthy distance. The kids loved the theatre room and asked if we could spend a few days just doing things at the house. We ended up having only 10 guests and I think 16 would be tight. Absolutely loved it. The kitchen had good supplies for cooking which we appreciated. Overall very clean and good amenities. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

A little piece of heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was beautiful and very clean! It was wonderful that each room had it's own bathroom! It was nice and roomy, yet cozy. We enjoyed all the spaces from the large kitchen to the game room, movie room, and the swim spa and hot tubs! When we tested the fire pit only half of it lit up. We called and maintenance came out that day to make sure it was working correctly so we were able to make S'mores that night and enjoy the amazing view! It was fun to see a family of bears from the balcony a few of the mornings while we were there! Incredible! The location was great! We enjoyed Dollywood, white water rafting, Anakeesta, and some awesome hikes in the Great Smoky Mountains! We had 3 generations that we had to please and there was something for everyone! This was a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Multiple bears roam the neighborhood, and while it is exciting to see them walk by, guests should be certain to not leave food in their vehicles and to lock them. This trip, we witnessed bears open car doors and covers on the back of trucks. In fact, each morning there were paw prints on our vehicle doors, but since we locked them they did not get in. Some of our neighbors were not so lucky. Bears did get into two neighbor vehicles -- but in both cases, there was food or garbage inside and the vehicles were unlocked. The bears are smarter than you would think!

Best Vacation Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 14 staying at Happy Together for our grandaughters wedding. The home is perfect with five king bed ensuites, a queen size bunk and fold our couch. The responsivenss of the hosts was first-class. VERY CLEAN and we saw lots of bears! The swim spa/hot tub was a huge hit with everyone and those that wanted a more chill soak could hot-tub at the second tub on the porch. The location is outstanding. No crazy mountain driving to reach the property! Very close to town yet isolated enough to get out of the crazy Gatlinburg hustle. I have nothing but great things to say about this rental. It was exceptional.
