Perfect house & location

The house is beautiful & had everything we needed. I'm used to bringing certain household items with me & didn't need any of them as everything was provided. You can tell they tried to think of all the little extras to make the stay pleasant. We would definitely recommend staying there again!

Beautiful house, beautiful view

Our family had an amazing stay at this property! Kids loved the pool, hot tub and game room. The views were stunning! There were a fair amount of lady bugs in the house throughout the stay, but as we informed our kids, it’s part of living among the trees. We plan to return!

Stay here if you want to have a good time!

We really enjoyed our stay. This house has everything you need to have a good time with your family. Our only complaint would be the house had 100’s of orange lady bugs. Some that had been dead for days and some still alive.

Mountain Trip

Excellent choice - and the customer service is exceptional. High enough on the mountain to have a gorgeous view and close to Gatlinburg…15-20min max. Wife and kids all enjoyed this one and want to come back to “this exact place,Dad.” lol

Great Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our cabin stay, appreciating the private pool, hot tub, and arcade amenities. Our family particularly enjoyed movie nights while swimming. While cleanliness was generally well-maintained, the pool required additional attention to remove surface film and debris. Minor dust accumulation was noted in corners, under beds, and on fan blades. The hosts demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to our inquiries and provided thorough information about the cabin. We would certainly choose to stay here again.

Rambling Ridge

This is a beautiful property with a view. Loved the area-quiet with very little traffic. Easy short drive (17 min??) to the main strip in Gatlinburg. There is plenty to keep you entertained if you chose to not leave the property. The furniture / beds were all comfortable. For the cooks-kitchen was fully stocked-crock pot, blender, vast assortment of baking pans / dishes, and cooking spices. The only small appliance I did not see was a waffle maker. The high level of service from Avant was noted immediately upon booking. We did not take advantage of the add on services, but were impressed with the offering. Communication with the local Avant host was excellent. I gave 4 stars overall because there was a minor inconvenience dealing with an AC issue for the initial part of our stay. It is a new build and not w/out glitches (no fault of the owner or host). The host took immediate action and worked diligently to resolve. I failed to notice that there are no dressers in any of the bedrooms in the pics.1 short rod for hanging only. I was enamored with other amenities and never noticed. We had no cell service inside the house. I assume this is due to a metal roof. A simple cell antenna would resolve this for future guests. I was able to sort out wifi calling at the suggestion of our host. Excellent trip, great property, and ended our stay with a view of the northern lights our last evening there. We would book this property again and consider Avant managed properties in the future.
