Escape to Heartwood, a peaceful mountain retreat nestled in the Cobbly Nob Resort community just 20–30 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Surrounded by the beauty of the Smoky Mountains, this cozy cabin offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.

After a day exploring Great Smoky Mountains National Park, relax in the private hot tub, gather around the stacked-stone fireplace, or challenge family and friends to foosball, shuffleboard, and retro arcade games. Enjoy seasonal mountain views from the porch swing and rocking chairs while taking in the fresh mountain air.

The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two king bedrooms and a game room featuring a daybed with trundle—perfect for kids. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs provide modern convenience.

Wonderful cabin, well appointed and nicely furnished. Game room was a huge hit and we enjoyed relaxing in front of the fireplace in the evenings. Great communication from host and smooth booking all around. Follow suggestion from host regarding best way to approach steep driveway and you will be fine. Highly recommended!

Mountain Getaway

Stayed here the week before Memorial Day weekend and it was the perfect getaway up in the mountains! The house was perfect for four people and our puppy, and all the amenities suited us perfectly. From grilling on the porch, to sitting in the hot tub watching bears, we couldn’t have found a better Gatlinburg, mountain getaway.

Great quiet escape

Very clean and comfortable cabin for our family of 6 - perfect for a quiet weekend away. We enjoyed being away from the crowds but could drive to local attractions if wanted within 30-45min. The drive up the mountain is steep! Watching videos beforehand was very helpful but not sure I would want to make the drive up in snow or ice. Otherwise, very fun weekend and we even saw a bear pass by while we were enjoying the hot tub!
