"There were so many problems in the property. Leaking bathroom ceiling, broken shower head, insufficient air conditioning … Our room was facing the street on the first floor, and the windows were in bad condition. I couldn’t sleep until about 3am because of the level of the noise. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I hope the owner can improve the property condition. "

" Wir waren als Familie mit insgesamt vier Zimmern angereist. Schon bei der Ankunft begann der Ärger: Zum Check-in mussten wir je nach Person zwischen 20 Minuten und einer Stunde an der Rezeption warten. Dann der nächste Schock – unsere Zimmer lagen verteilt auf die 1. und 3. Etage. Bei 40 °C Außentemperatur war der Aufzug außer Betrieb. Das bedeutete: Koffer und Taschen selbst schleppen und täglich mehrmals die Treppen hoch und runter. Das Gebäude ist – bis auf die Zimmer – nicht klimatisiert....

Der Boden hat bei jedem Schritt nachgegeben, und nach dem Duschen stand das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser. Zusätzlich war in beiden Zimmern Schimmel sichtbar, was für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings recht überschaubar.
