「Was a rigmarole to get a room when finally got keys to room it wasn’t even cleaned from previous guests. Had to call John he got us another room which wasn’t what we asked for no spa bath etc. no soap in shower and no flannels. Tv in bedroom was damaged remote didn’t work curtains were a shambles no privacy in the lounge with blinds. The car parking was ridiculous all round worst experience ever will not be returning or recommending to anyone.」

「I spent 3 nights in Sea Views, Queenscliff recently. What a charming place to stay. It was very clean, cosy and quirky. The bed was comfortable and there was a television in the bedroom.
