Listing is priced for 5 Adults with linen provided for the 2 bedrooms only. There will be an extra $50 per night for additional Adults & supply of linen for the sofa bed. Good location and the place was comfortable… few improvement points would be parking spot isn’t ideal for a large car, a lot of cobwebs inside and outside, kitchen bin was very dirty, skylight and manhole in kids bedroom not ideal when you have kids in there as child on top bunk could open the manhole. Needs more cooking utensils eg sharp knifes more tongs. TV needs looking at as it kept flickering and a sensor light outside would be a great safety feature. Lastly trim the tree branch touching the roof and it’s extremely noisy on windy nights.

Australia day long weekend

Overall it was pretty good. The property was clean and fresh. Fairly quiet area.The yard was very small for dogs but we were thankful to have found somewhere last minute our dogs
