「We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t clean the room when we’re out for our tour! So I didn’t leave tip when we left! They should clean it unless I told them not to! But I’ll still recommend this resort to my family and friends」

「Beautiful resort with swimming pool facing the sea. Quiet, peaceful but still close to General Luna. Rooms are all suites. Spacious, cool AC and clean. Manager Cecil looked after us very well, arranging tours and transport in a personal way. 」

「3/5 Stars — Great location and essentials, but needs maintenance
Pros:
Excellent Location: The position of the resort on the beach is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay
Working Conveniences: The air conditioning worked well, and having consistent hot water was a major plus.
Cons:
Poor Shower & Bathroom Issues:
The shower itself was very disappointing. Most of the nozzles on the shower head were blocked or broken, leaving only a few nozzles actually working, which made for a...

「The location is spot on, but the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. We also asked for a duvet, but never received one during our six-night stay.
If the Wi-Fi had been better, the only thing really missing would’ve been somewhere to put your luggage. And there was no full body mirror.
I assume this place is still improving, so I’m convinced these things will get fixed. But when you’re staying for several nights, the small weaknesses become much more noticeable.
