「位於火車站對面十分方便，房間整潔 Check in前檯職員只收錢給Wi-Fi,但連早餐地點都沒有提及 Check out那位服務很好，有禮親切」

「Room ventilation not good. Check out time at 10am seems a bit early based on my experience with other hotel stay. The hotel use access code instead of a room card. Not my type. General feeling is I expect a better management by Mont Blanc. The good thing is this hotel is near to the Geneva Station. Good for you in case you need catch a train in the morning. 」

「The staff is extremely helpful. Because the day I stay is New Year Eve. My daughter wants to play firework. I find many shops and supermarkets but can’t find any. At last, I ask the receptionist who has golden moustache help me to check and call the shops one by one. However, all in Swiss are sold out. Until he finds one in France so that my daughter can play fireworks 」

「be very careful when u walk down from 1/F to lobby, watch out for the last step with marble & dark carpet, it's a trap. I tripped, 6 stiches, neck injury, wrist hurt, blur vision. happened 4 hours before my flight back. no further help or concern once u left hotel in ambulance. hospitality? negligence?」
