The hotel was conveniently located. The staff was incredibly helpful with sharing their favourite spots and suggestions for places to see, and eat, and things to do. Hotel was clean and comfortable- in the heart of everything. Amazing!!! Gabrielle and Melissa were outstanding!!

The front desk gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. He helped with my luggage and was very pleasant. Breakfast has many varieties. The staff there worked hard but I didn't fine them very friendly. The room is out of date and quite small but it was clean. The location is great, central and accessible to many places.

A Disappointing Experience – Not What We Expected Our stay at this hotel in Genoa was disappointing. Although the hotel is centrally located, the property feels outdated and is in need of renovation. One of the biggest issues was the noise at night. The windows rattled constantly whenever the wind picked up, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Another concern was the surrounding area. While the location is convenient during the day, some of the nearby narrow streets and alleyways felt unsafe at night. We did not feel particularly comfortable walking around the neighborhood after dark. Overall, we expected a much more comfortable experience. A good night’s sleep, well-maintained facilities, and a sense of safety are essential when choosing a hotel. Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations. If we return to Genoa, we will definitely look for somewhere else to stay.
