"Communication before travel was pore as I didn’t get info trough the app it was a part of Holiday Inn. Couldn’t get trough with number provided but when I arrived and realized it was trough the hotel I was so happy. All great even if no view but flat was amazing! "

"The property has no front desk, but staff replied quickly to text messages and were very helpful and friendly. There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue.
