colazione quasi inesistente con brioche e focaccia, niente yogurt, niente frutta, niente the freddo.. alle 9 di mattina le brioche ne erano rimaste solo 3. pulizia lascia molto desiderare, aria condizionata sporca, lenzuolo sopra macchiato, piastrelle in bagno macchiate.. ho chiesto un asciugamano in più per i capelli essendo lunghi e non me lo hanno voluto dare. Il parcheggio un furto 25 euro al giorno. le lenzuola e gli asciugamani avevano un odore molto forte non gradevole di chimico in tutta la stanza c’è 1 presa per la corrente e nessuna presa vicino ai letti, l’unica era sotto la finestra non consiglio mi dispiace

Chambre pleine de charme

Agréablement surprise par cet hôtel. Pour un prix très compétitif, on a eu une petite chambre avec beaucoup de charme et un balcon offrant une belle vue sur Gênes. Le personnel est très gentil.

Nice clean hotel

I found the hotel to be satisfactory. It is a bit on the older side but I think that's the case for anything in Genoa. Front desk staff was nice. Overall it was a good stay. I'd stay there again. When you are looking for the hotel look for Hotel Nuovo Nord on the main road. The street is right across from it. Check out Pizzeria La Superba which close by. Great pizza!

Hotel muy sucio y con mal mantenimiento. Vergonzoso el estado de la recepcion, los tapetes, el ascensor. La habitacion si estaba limpia pero muy Regulares los muebles, no funciono el aire acondicionado, dañado. Todo de baja calidad.

Séjour avec ma petite chienne. Toute l'équipe de direction et du personnel est très accueillantes: à l'écoute, disponible, de bon service et de bons conseils. Hôtel qui permet de joindre la gare rapidement, de visiter la ville à pied et.... de pouvoir garer son véhicule à prix raisonnable pour Gènes! Petit déjeuner très copieux! Un réel plaisir pour ce séjour. Je recommande très vivement!

A quiet hotel in the city center

This hotel is conveniently located near major points of interest. On the plus side, it's extremely quiet for a hotel in the middle of the city as it's situated in an alleyway with another hotel & a few small businesses. Also convenient is their on-site parking for an extra 15 euros. It's locked and underground so no worries about vandalism. Free wi-fi actually worked well. The room (#43) was OK for one night, but the bed was rock hard and so were the pillows and the bathroom is miniscule. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the whole, the hotel is a good choice for the price, but don't expect luxury.

Convenient location for Piazza Principe station

The first impression on entering was the smell. The hotel has pets (a large dog and a long-haired cat) which unfortunately make the ground floor, including the dining room, quite smelly. Definitely to be avoided if you have any kind of animal allergy! It's a budget hotel, so we weren't expecting a high level of comfort. The room was cramped, with one of the single beds at an angle, to allow access to the bathroom. The décor was hideous, but the room was clean and the beds were perfectly comfortable.

Comodo hotel vicino al centro

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti. Camera pulita e ben tenuta, bagno ristrutturato di recente. Colazione a buffet abbondante e a buonissimo prezzo (5€ a persona), comodo garage privato a 15€ al giorno. L'hotel è situato a 100 metri dalla stazione principi e a soli 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge l'acquario di Genova. Nella zona dell'hotel ci sono molti bar e ristoranti tipici.

Nice Hotel Very Close to Piazza Principe Station

Our main interest was in having a good hotel very close to Piazza Principe station as we were arriving late and leaving early the next morning. The bonus was the proximity to restaurants, the very helpful staff and an excellent breakfast available at an early hour.

Einige Schritte vom Bahnhof und sehr ruhig.

Kleines Stadthotel in ruhiger Seitengasse neben Bahnhof. Ideal für Uebernachtungen zwischen Bahn- und Fährschiffreisen. Eignet sich auch als Standort für Tagesausfüge per Bahn (5Terre, etc.).

Příjemný pobyt v klidném prostředí. Personál hotelu vstřícný, příjemný, fungující služby a úklid. Vybavení působí levným dojmem (kromě koupelny). Nedoléhající dveře do pokoje, takže v noci do pokoje dosti silně prosvítalo světlo z chodby. Na pokoji nefungovala klimatizace.
