Aus Traum wurde Albtraum: Wir durften nicht in dieser Wohnung wohnen!
Wir hatten für unsere Genua-Reise in der 1. Oktoberwoche im Januar 2024 die Wohnung "The Liberty Rooftop Terrace" gebucht und bezahlt. 1 Woche vor Anreise erhielten wir von "wonderful italy" eine Mail mit der Aufforderung, in die Wohnung "L'Oasi di Campo Pisano" online einzuchecken. Wir schrieben die Agentur an, dass dies nicht die von uns gebuchte Wohnung sei. Keine Antwort. Stattdessen kam 3 Tage vor Anreise erneut die gleiche Mail mit der Check-in-Aufforderung in die falsche Wohnung – ohne Erklärung. In einer Tel-Konferenzschaltung über Fewo-direkt erfuhren wir nur, es gäbe ein Problem mit dem von uns gebuchten Penthouse und wir könnten dort nicht wohnen. Keine Begründung, keine Entschuldigung seitens "wonderful italy". Man stellte uns in Aussicht, dass uns die Differenz der Mietbeträge in Höhe von 262 erstattet würde. Wegen der knappen Zeit mussten wir uns die Ersatzwohnung nehmen. Sie war halb so groß, hatte schlechteren Standard und es gab einige Mängel im Bad!! Die Recherche vor Ort ergab, dass man uns zugunsten einer längeren Vermietung in die Ersatzwohnung abgeschoben hatte.Trotz intensiven Mailwechsels erhielten wir keine Erstattung der Mietdifferenz, geschweige denn eine Entschädigung von "wonderful italy". Es kam lediglich die Ankündigung eines Rabattgutscheins über 15% Ermäßigung auf die nächste Buchung – womit sie ihrer Meinung nach ihre Schuldigkeit getan hatten.Nie wieder werden wir eine von "wonderful italy" verwaltete Wohnung buchen!!!
