Elegant in an exceptional location

The apartment is elegant: high ceilings, beautiful mosaic floors, fully renovated with high quality amenities and quality linens. Located steps from the old city, the Plazza De Ferrari is at your door. Via Roma is a busy street with bus service and high end shops.

Sehr unsauber und keinerlei Luxus

leider war überall Staub und Dreck, auch auf der Klobrille , die Dame bei der Übergabe sagte, sie sei dafür nicht verantwortlich. Vor Monaten stand bereits in einer Bewertung, daß die Wohnung unsauber ist und die Beleuchtung im Bad teilweise nicht funktioniert. Es hat sich nichts geändert. Ein Geschirrtuch sollten Sie selbst mitbringen, es ist keines vorhanden. Der Lärm von der Straße ist extrem, vor allem die Busse und LKW. Luxus sieht anders aus. Schade, daß man keine Fotos anhängen kann.

Perfekte Lage

Wir waren zwei Tage in Genua. Die Wohnung liegt mitten des Zentrums, man ist von dort in wenigen Minuten überall. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr Gefallen. Check in war problemlos. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter der Agentur hat sich vor Ort mit uns getroffen. Das einzige Manko was es auszusetzen gibt ist die Parkplatz Situation, denn man muss im öffentlichen Parkhaus parken und das kann ziemlich teuer Werden
