We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「신혼여행으로 휴식 + 관광을 하고싶어서 테네리페 + 바르셀로나를 택했습니다. 강행군으로 한국에서 테네리페까지 비행기를 총 19시간을 타고도 도착하자마자 피로가 싹풀리는 느낌이였어요 4박을 머물렀는데 24시간 리셉션과 큰 풀장 두개와 테라스에 있는 작은풀장까지 최고의 숙소였어요 휴식 너무 행복하게 지내고갑니다 감사합니다 제가 가본 그리고 가볼곳중에 최고의 숙소였다고 자신합니다!!」

「Stunning room with view over the golf course and out to the ocean. Room was clean and service on point. The food was fantastic, the evening buffet was different every night, with a great mix of local and international selections. We went to the restaurant one night and this shouldn’t be missed if you do go. The food was fantastic and all from the islands, including the wine. Some of the best food we had during our stay on the island The pools were perfect.」

「The location was great, the accommodation was good but we had 2 single beds that weren't very comfortable. Full kitchen and sitting room, lovely patio area. Quite area and staff were helpful. I would definitely stay here again but would look for the double bed and not the 2 single beds.」

「El hotel es excelente para familias. El club Landi (niños) tiene muy buenas actividades y las piscinas no son muy hondas, por lo que pueden jugar muy bien en ellas. La comida es variada y tienen varias opciones saludables.」
