This is our new favourite when we are in the George area. The amenities are excellent. Walking distance to York St where you can find restaurants, bars, fuel stations, etc.
The location is seriously awesome, close enough to get onto the N2 to head either toward Mosselbay/Cape Town, or toward Wilderness, Knysna area.
It was wonderful to be able to do a load of laundry, too as this can become troublesome after a while. The cottage itself is awesome. We loved the modern, beachy vibe. But that view of the mountains every morning!!
Lesley, the host was super warm, friendly, kind, and easy to get along with. I highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway.
