“Im reading reviews and wondering what ppl expect out of STUDENT dorms, not notorious for luxury...they were clean had lots of TP, soap and towels. Sure the shower was 'dorm' quality and no tv or radio but who uses hotel tvs anyway, we all have our own devices. The location was great and staff as friendly as they needed to be. I wasnt trying to make friends. Was perfect for us.”

“This newly renovated hotel is a beautiful gem in a residential neighbourhood near Lake Ontario. The renovation is gorgeous, a spectacular reimagining of a Victorian space. The room was small but very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Bed linens and mattress of very high quality. It's a great option if you are visiitng your kid at Queen's or in town to enjoy the downtown—the location is about halfway between the main part of the campus and the downtown strip. We loved it and will be back……

“Cuando llegue al lugar era muy oscuro y estaba en duda si quedarme o buscar otro lugar. Pero cuando leí los comentarios y vi que eran buenos decidí quedarme y tengo que decirles que es excelente. “quick and easy check in, clean spacious rooms
only complaint - breakfast was PACKED
got there around 9am and had to wait for pretty much everything…asked twice for coffee
there were no plates, no trays and food was gone faster than they could put it out
Ended up going to nearby Tim Hortons for breakfast after waiting about 15 minutes and asking two different staff for coffee. Only the decaf coffee was full.”

“I liked the smooth, easy check-in. The room was quiet with no noise coming in from the hallway or from outside.
I did wonder why the bathroom fan wasn't working as there was a lot of steam after a short shower.
With the parking lot being re-paved, parking was a bit challenging. However, as the work was done seemingly overnight, all was fine the next day.”
