From the villa, you can take a morning dip in the warm ocean or in the fresh water infinity pool at the Rusty Anchor beach club or just relax and enjoy the endlessly changing colors of the ocean and skies from the comfort of the large wrap around veranda or private sandy garden. The crystal clear waters for which Exuma is renown, is just a few feet from the villa, where you can safely swim, snorkel or fish. If you are looking to keep in shape, you can work out at the resort fitness centre or have a gentle game of tennis at one of the two floodlit courts. There is something for everyone at our lovely home.

The villa will accommodate four people comfortably but, in some situations, we may agree to a fifth guest if requested before booking. If we agree, we will provide a comfortable foldaway bed in the guest bedroom.

The resort has a stunning infinity freshwater pool and sandy beach at the Beach Club, which is a 3-minute walk away and is available to guests. The smaller pool which is a few yards away is operational again following maintenance.

Exuma is a safe destination and February Point is a secure gated resort community. We have never had any problem with security, but guests have asked for a hotel safe to keep valuables so we have installed one. The property has a Ring video doorbell which is activated by motion detected over a small area outside of the front door. We also have a Blink device mounted on the outside roof truss pointing at the ocean towards Stocking Island. This is to remind us of the stunning view from the property but is deactivated when guests are in residence. The devices are operated in accordance with VRBO policy.
