This is an amazing resort. Exceptional service and luxury are the hallmarks of Le Soleil d’Or. The manor house we stayed at had every amenity, and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean. We sat on our balcony and enjoyed a drink as we watched the sunset. The restaurant on the property was amazing. Their food was sourced from their own farm. Cayman Brac is off the beaten path, but well worth the short hop to experience paradise.

Peace and relaxation

Our stay was incredible! Le Soleil D’or is truly a hidden gem we plan to visit again with friends. Loved the farm tour! The farm to table food at the restaurant was amazing. Stayed in the beach club room - which BTW is the only room there. The bar restaurant at the beach is only open between Friday and Sunday to the public so Monday-Thursday you have the entire beach club to yourself.

We enjoyed our stay so much, we’re already planning our next visit! The staff were exceptional and accommodating throughout. A special thanks to hotel manager, Amar, who gave us a warm welcome, and the farm manager, Jonathan, for a beautiful and insightful tour of the Farm. The farm to table experience made every meal exciting, and the staff’s passion and knowledge made the experience deeply personal. Le Soleil d’Or is truly a magical experience anyone with so many activities for the whole family.

My wife and I had a great stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cayman Brac. But, I would recommend not staying at the Beach House. We chose it because it is the only room that is beachside. But, It is 2 miles from the main building and sits on-top of a restaurant and bar so anytime someone closes the door, it reverberates throughout the room. Also, you can hear the bar through the walls so it did get loud on Saturday night. But the main building is quiet and beautiful and the beaches are a simple car-drive away.

Everything about staying Le Soleil d'Or on Cayman Brac was excellent. The room was spacious and very well maintained. We ate several meals in the resturant and were delighted every time. The property is a great place to be and the cultivation being done there quite fascinating. Regarding the staff, everyone was engaging, helpful, and conscientious. For instance, when we arrived late because our flight was delayed and without our checked bags, the individual dispatched by the hotel to collect us at the airport was patiently waiting for us. He then calmly transported us to the hotel and delivered us directly to the kind folks at the resturant who had kept the kitchen open so we could have dinner. The next day hotel staff researched the status of our luggage and helped us retrieve it. Though our late arrival had been inconvient, everyone made us feel welcome and appreciated.
