大、大、大！重要的事要講三次！
這酒店最特別的地方就是房間，似乎每個房間均有露台，露台上也有個小型泳池。基本上一旦登記入住，就可以足不出戶，在房間內活動就足夠。要吃的話就打電話叫Room Service。 不過，這酒店也有公眾泳池，有乒乓球桌、桌球等設施，隨便供住客使用。 酒店的房間也很大。我訂的是最低級別的房間，那空間也抵得上別的酒店兩間至三間房以上的空間。真不愁擠迫。 房間的電視也很大，而且接駁了揚聲器，故音響效果不俗。 酒店很近機場，如要趕夜機和早機，住進這裏可以稍事休息，再行出發。 酒店所處位置近海，不少房間均有海景，如要外出用膳，可以選擇附近的海鮮餐館。但檳城的海鮮餐館。記住，出入均要叫grab車。 酒店並非精品酒店，也非設計酒店，所以房間裝修及公共空間所見，用色和物料都是好大路的風格，難說得上精美。唯一精彩的，就是「大」「大」和「大」。 不過，要批評的話，就是泳池的水溫太低，在房間游泳的話，感覺有點冷。而且房間內的泳池較小，游三步就要轉回去。 另外，房間的清潔也做得不好。 翻開被子，其中一張床單有明顯的污漬，另一張床上則留有長長的毛髮。潄口杯有污漬，桌面也厚厚的灰塵。我們自己得要抹一翻才可以安頓。 若果清潔做得好一點，這酒店應該很有水準。

第二次入住，上次是住行政套房(2人), 感覺很好。但今次入住特级套房(4人)，感覺太迫，面積又细，比貴d錢只是看海景，如下次再入住只會訂行政套房仲好过。 房間間中見到有昆蟲行走，而沖涼位置去水太慢，引致水浸，有老人家入住要格外留心。 整体表現，今次是入住是非常不滿。

The hotel room is spacious and comfortable with a small private pool in the balcony. The view is very good with mountains and ocean. The hotel is also very close to the airport. The only drawback is that there are no restaurants nearby so you pretty much need to eat in the hotel if you do not want to take taxi.

The ancillary facilities provided by the Hotel are only minimum. You have the feeling that you are living in a airbn abode. The decorations in the lobby resembles a hostel rather than a hotel, even a 3 star one. The location is far from the city, around 25km (give or take) away from George Town. Even you take a Taxi, it takes you 45 minutes to go to George Town because of the heavy traffic on the way. The beach adjacent to the hotel is not suitable for swimming. and there is no recreation or shopping facilities in the vicinity. That is to say, as a tourist, you have nothing to do in the area around the hotel. The buffet breakfast provided by the hotel is passable, although it is not in the same league with those offered by the resort hotels in Thailand.

Wonderful hotel near the airport
Wonderful! Our room was spacious and had a private pool on the balcony which was facing the sea. Although the pool was a bit small, I enjoyed the privacy and could go straight into the private steam room right next to the pool. What else can you ask for? One drawback was that the passage to the 2/F carpark was very narrow with sharp corners. I saw a lot of scratches on the walls.

Good for group/family holiday. good value.
Noted for its private pool at the balcony with beautiful sea view, the room definitely worth staying especially for group/family vacation. However the room I checked in was smelly and the housekeeper could not eliminate the smell so the front desk agreed on room change. In general the service is good and the room is well equipped. The cleaning could be better and more detailed.

A comfortable and quiet Hotel.
The private swimming pool is suitable for the person who do not know how to swim. It is really enjoyable on swimming with no any stranger here. Quite disappointed for the water at the private swimming spool was dirty as a plastic spoon was found at the bottom of the swimming pool. Fee shuttle bus which provided by the hotel is quite convenience but the number of runs of scheduled fee shuttle bus is not enough.

週邊風景優美,但絕對缺乏食肆,不自行開車的人要小心選擇.
整體來說還可以但仔細觀看很多酒店設施都不合用,清潔程度一般.酒店內的食肆也只有很少的選擇,還是住到flamingo那邊的海邊比較好.

真的是超正！永世難忘！ 我下次過去會再入住！ 只是多烏蠅而已！ 但當你看到酒店房間後，所有開心會蓋過所有烏蠅的打擾！ Super wonderful hotel, inside have a swimming pool in the room and all of the rooms so tidy and clear.. But only one a bit bad thing is a little bit more flies are annoying ...but when u go into the room, and see all the best things, u will forget the flies annoying.

Locate at a Dirty beach.
No restaurants around. No money exchange. Taxi is three times more expensive than normal. I took taxi for RM34 from airport to hotel. They call a taxi for me from the hotel to airport, charge me RM55. It only take 10 mins. Normally it's 20, more n less. Swimming pool at 8 floor, no sunshine. The small pool inside the room is very dirty. Although the view of the balcony is beautiful, we cant accept swimming at a pool like this. Last thing, the pictures of the hotel's outlook are not real. But the guest rooms look exactly like the pictures.

When we got to the room after they reluctantly upgraded us to the sea vie room we found the safe was not working and the sink in the toilet was cracked and leaking. I informed the reception on 3 occasions and was told we will get it sorted today but today never came. Very disappointed with the service from reception and front desk. However the service from the catering and breakfast was excellent and they even made us a take away box on day of checkout as we were checking out at 4am. Hotel looks wear and tear and could do with upgrading and is in the middle of nowhere

Horrible location, misleading information and pictures on website! It’s no beach it’s a sea shore with rubbish around , it’s no choice off restaurant , cafes or grocery store. It’s 45 minutes to city. Hotel provides shuttle one way and you need to be requested in advance.

This is my fourth time staying in this hotel.Unfortunatelt during this staycation it becoming worse than me perfect stay before this. As i arrived,i didn't noticed that u need to pay for outside parking.This bloody fat girl come to me and asking for RM20.I refuse to pay and told her that I will park inside the hotel carpark.Somehow she refuse and asking me to pay just because she already write the receipt.What a bad first impression as I just arrived. Another thing that make me disappointed with the cafe staff.Like another hotel,if your plate is empty,the cafe staff will asked you politely to take your plate.Well,its not happening in this luxury hotel.I have to pick up my own plate and put it on the waste trolley,these two cafe staff(a guy and girl) not doing their job properly.Please provide training for your cafe staff. This time I rate this hotel as POOR due to this bad service.
