Fabulous stay

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Aris Key, the property is beautiful and on a beautiful bay, we were able to rent a boat and keep it at the Marina and use it as a base to explore the areaThe house had everything we needed, good internet and air conditioning and in a great location very near the town.Would definitely stay again if we chose to come tone ima again in the future

Perfect location!

We loved February point and being so close to everything but also easy to explore the island up north or down south. The house has everything you need, is beautifully decorated and we could sit on the dock or porches and enjoy the water all day! The house itself seems older and needs some repairs (cracking walls, tiles, etc) but we had an incredible stay regardless. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great Week at Aris-key!

We had a great week at this home in February Point. The home was exactly as advertised - no surprises. Well stocked kitchen, nice sheets and towels, including beach towels. Juan and Kierra were very responsive. Wifi worked great. Pool at the beach club is a 5 minute walk and is very nice. Highly recommend!!

Easter 2024- Aris Key

Amazing views and location. After staying on the marina side in February Point several times, we decided to try the harbor side and the views are incredible. You get to see the sunset on the harbor and enjoy the water activities. We used the deck area quite a bit and this was convenient for loading and unloading on the boat we rented. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. As others point out, the house is a bit worn and needs some maintenance. The house manager brought by some extra bottles of water for us and Juan communicated well during the booking process. This house is all about location and you will not be disappointed!

March 2024 stay

After researching many properties in Exuma, we decided to rent Aris-Key for our first visit to the island. It was perfect! Yes it is a bit worn as others note, but very clean. Comfortable beds. We loved the secure neighborhood with pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, restaurant and a spa for our family of 5, including 3 teens. We had a 3-4 hour power outage one day and a 4-5 hour water outage another day, thanks to the island utilities. Nothing that ArisKey could do about that. We hope to return in the future!

Great Location but The House Needs Some Work

We just returned from a four-night stay in Exuma, and here are our impressions of the rental home.The Good:Fantastic Location – February Point is just five minutes from Georgetown and centrally located, making it easy to explore everything Exuma has to offer.Breathtaking Views – The house sits right on the water, offering stunning views of the bay.Decent Interior Condition – The inside of the home is generally in good shape. While there are a few minor repairs needed, it’s about what you’d expect from a rental property.The Not-So-Good:Cleanliness Issues – While not outright filthy, the home was not thoroughly cleaned. The master shower had noticeable mildew, to the point that we wore sandals while showering. The cleaning felt very surface-level—when plugging in my phone, I was covered in dust. Having previously owned a cleaning company, I can tell this home is overdue for a deep clean.Neglected Exterior – The outside of the home is in rough shape. Paint is chipping everywhere, and many areas are stained black. Oddly, a rug was just thrown on the backyard path leading to the deck. When we arrived, trash from the previous guest was still sitting on the back deck. The deck itself is deteriorating, with sections falling apart. Overall, the exterior is in need of major maintenance.Final Thoughts:Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again. With some much-needed upkeep and attention to detail, this property could be amazing, but in its current state, it’s past its prime.

Wonderful waterfront property

We loved our stay at Aris Key. The property is right on the water with an expansive water view and very close to the beach club, pools and restaurant, the Rusty Anchor. We’ve been to Exuma 4 times and this has been our favorite rental so far. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The host, Juan is extremely quick to respond with any questions you may have. We loved staying in February Point for the first time with the amenities there: beach club, restaurant, gym, tennis courts, etc. The proximity to Georgetown is perfect; only about a mile away. The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 is because they’re currently doing some work on the back of the house, which Juan did let us know about before we came. They didn’t work on it while we were there and it never bothered us at all. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and communication with the owner and property manager. The house is a bit dated, such as the kitchen pots/pans, but the view, location, and resort amenities far outweigh those minor things! We did have some issues with the water being turned off each night at 10pm, so we just made sure to shower prior to that. It’s an island though, so that issue is to be expected and was no fault of the owner. We did stock up on bottles and jugs of water bc it wasn’t safe to drink the tap water. We loved the pool and Rusty Anchor restaurant/bar! Great food, and the lowest prices on kids food (anyone can purchase) we found anywhere. My teens loved the chicken finger basket and burger basket.. each only 10! Also, great location to the downtown area where you’ll find restaurants, the grocery, straw market, liquor store, and marina! Overall, it was the perfect place for our family of 6 to vacation in Exuma!

This was our 2nd trip to February Point and this house did not disappoint. Large bedrooms - wrap around balconies - a deck that had the best view of Stocking Island and all the boats - just a great house that made for a great trip.

We really enjoyed our time at Aris Key and the property was as advertised. We snorkeled several days right off the back deck.. at the club house, snorkel out by the last rock formation right before the white bouy. We highly recommend a lunch at the restaurant Blu— the views are amazing.

February Point is such a lovely place to stay. The views are amazing. If you rent a boat from Minns it is such a quick ride over to February Point. There is a dock behind this home and you can pull up and load up. We love staying at this location. We had an amazing vacation at Aris-Key. The owner was wonderful to work with.

Fantastic house and host!

Juan is a great host, very communicative and his local manager Kierra is a gem. Both did everything they could to make our stay easy and comfortable. Lots of good local info like taxi driver Luther. Luther is amazing! Make sure you call him to pick you up at the airport.
