「The grounds were well kept. Units are upscale.」

「It was a nice place but there was no pool, no breakfast and the rooftop restaurant was only open from 5-9 thurs- sat We also had showers that got water all over floor when you used them. Loved the balcony. Palm trees blocked ocean view. Needs some tweaking and it would be great.」

「I liked everything, I was quite comfortable. I totally disliked all the stairs outside and the gravel walk paths. At 74 years old this is unacceptable. Will not rent there again for this reason only. 」

「I was greeted by a roach as soon as I opened the door. The cleaning of the room was subpar. The door has a huge gap underneath it and I asked for them to repair it but placing weather stripping. It never happened. Then a saw another baby roach. They had the room treated and finally got rid of the roaches. Also had dirty linen placed on my bed one week.」
