“What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again.”
“We had a sweet and quiet corner to ourselves to call home while we visited Tbilisi and experienced the culture. Every day cats would visit and we gave them milk. It was a wonderful way to start every morning. We love Tbilisi.”
“We had a wonderful stay at Batumi View Luxury in Batumi! By mistake we booked a Family Room of 2 bedrooms thinking it to be an apartment. However, on realizing our mistake we requested the manager to accommodate us in an apartment with kitchen so that it would be easier for us to cook food. The manager graciously obliged and gave us an apartment. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and fully equipped for a comfortable visit.

“Clean, spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Fully renovated and equipped with everything you need. Views to the city. Stores all around that work till late. The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay.”

Ich habe das Hotel einige Tage vor meiner Anreise gebucht und die Buchung auch bestätigt bekommen. Nach einer langen Anreise (über Nacht!) stand ich mit meiner Gruppe vor der Rezeption – doch dort wusste niemand etwas von meiner Buchung. Wir bekamen kein Zimmer, keine Hilfe, keine Entschuldigung! Mein Geld wurde NICHT erstattet. Nach stundenlangem Hin und Her durch die Stadt mussten wir selbst nach einer alternativen Unterkunft suchen – eine riesige Belastung……
