「The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was a breeze. Our room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, it was an excellent choice!」

「We waited over 30 minutes to check in. We had to wait in a dirty run down outdoor deck with very old uncomfortable metal chairs. When we were finally given our room keys, we couldn't drive to our room because a truck was blocking the roadway. We ended up canceling our reservation and chose not to stay.」

「I have stayed here numerous times & overall i do like this hotel for the great service from the courteous & attentive staff. This stay was my best experience. My room was clean & comfortable. In the past, I had a bad experience with something in my room triggering my dust allergy but not this time which made this stay very pleasant for me. The breakfast service offers a nice variety of food items to choose from. The bar area is a clean sophisticated vibe! Thanks Grand Hyatt Team!」
