「Host had great communication and quick responses to any messages, questions, concerns I had.The house was not cleaned fully when we walked in, but we looked past it. But definitely not worth the 350 cleaning fee. We were there once the pool was already closed for the season, so the kids were looking forward to the theater movie option... which didnt go well, there were no remotes or instructions for the projector, i had to go out to the store to buy a cable to be able to plug my phone into. 「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The lady who checked us in (sorry not to have gotten her name) was welcoming and friendly. She gave us great restaurant suggestions and went out of her way to make sure we had directions and a map. The breakfast was very good, well stocked and the area was clean. The ladies working there greeted us with friendly smiles. We particularly appreciated the no pets policy. We're looking forward to staying there again.」

「Our stay at the hotel was very good. Lots of parking, very friendly & helpful staff. Also having breakfast included is such a wonderful convenience. Lots of variety & very nice people staffing it. The room was very nice & clean. We didn’t use the pool this visit, but it looked very nice. We highly recommend the hotel especially if visiting Casino Rama as right across the street. We thought the price was pretty reasonable too.」
