"We had a wonderful stay at Maleme Mare, right from the friendly welcome. The staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout, including the pool and gardens. No issue with sun-beds either, there are plenty to go round. The food was really great. Plenty of variety at every meal time. Overall we had a super relaxing week and felt we were being taken care of at all times. We will definitely be back"

"The villa was everything we hoped it would be and became a home from home. We enjoyed all aspects especially the pool, the bbq, and the balcony area. Treasured memories of our time there. Having a car was a must for us with elderly family members and allowed us to explore local and other locations. We would have preferred a closer taverna or two but didn't spoil our experience. "Very clean, spacious home. There is the main floor and then the upstairs unit which you reach via a separate door. This worked well since we were two families traveling together so we had plenty of room to spread out. Stefanos was very kind and welcoming, and the snacks and drinks that were waiting for us were a nice surprise. The property was in a great location for visiting Chania and some top tourist destinations nearby. You definitely need a car as nothing is within walking distance. Highly recommended."

"100 percent will return. The owners Argriris and his brother were unbelievably welcoming, proper Greek welcome. Sitting on the roof in the jacuzzi was great, especially at sun set. If you asked how to get around or had some other issues, if they didn't know, they would find out for you asap. All the staff were brilliant. Room was great, all the furniture seemed brand new, in the main room. Bathroom seems a bit outdated but that Greece. Family restaurants next door at decent prices. Mini marts with a small walk and supermarkets within a ten minute drive, at most. Beach, 5 minutes away. Kolymbari ten minutes on the bus. Thanks guys, see you next year."
