「I was quite disappointed with my stay. Due to a rule requiring room cleaning and towel replacement to be requested by 11:00 AM the previous day, it is virtually impossible to get service on the second day since check-in is well past 11:00 AM. Furthermore, there were no clear instructions about requesting service at reception, and I was shocked that a hotel of this high standard charges extra for luggage storage.
Apart from the above, the hotel room is generally clean and near to the train...

Centrally located, just right next to the HB Beer House. I was lucky to be allocated a room at the corner facing the beer house. The room is not spacious but just manage to open 2 big suitcases. Minibar is free of charge and hotel.com also offered us a bottle of wine upon checking-in. Could bring your wine and consume at lobby bar.
Receptionists are sincere with smiles on the faces always. They were super helpful and offered us for lots assistance. Highly recommended. Worth to pay high room...
