Japanese style room with tatami mats and futons. Very clean, comfortable and stocked with all necessities and amenities. Kimono, slippers, toiletries and supplies. Two public baths, both with outdoor and indoor soaking spaces. Clean and we'll maintained. All employees very polite, helpful and professional. Dinner buffet incredible. Wisd variety of foods. Slightly expensive, but worth it.

夜の8時ぐらいにエクスペディアにて予約を取り、現地に行くと予約が反映されてないため、宿泊の予約は取られてないと断られます。 このシステムの反映されないというのをまず改善してほしいです。 そしてどんな部屋が撮ったかわからないということで、本来撮った部屋とは違うレベルが低い部屋を提供されました。しかし、翌日、それに気づいたスタッフの方が丁寧に対応してくださいました。 このホテルは面白い作りになっており、夜のバイキングも素敵です。部屋の設備などは老朽化が目立ちますので、少し改善が必要かなと思いますが、リーズナブルでとても楽しいホテルだと総合的には思います。

こちらの夕食のバイキングメニューが好きで、下呂温泉に旅行で行った時に、たまに宿泊してます。 夏に行った時、夕食のデザートにハロハロがあって、秋だしもう無いだろうと思っていたら、今回は秋の大人スイーツなる物がありました。美味しかったです。 露天風呂からの景色と下呂温泉ならではのトロトロの泉質も最高でした。

館内の雰囲気は清潔感もあり非常に良かった。 お風呂もきれいで、泉質も肌触りも良く満足できた。 食事に関しては、バイキングだったのですが、酒類も豊富で味も良く時間いっぱいまで堪能できました。 唯一、食事の終わり際にレストランの掃除が始まり、隣の席に掃除道具が置かれたりして微妙な感じだった。 時間内なのに、周りで掃除が始まると嫌な感じにとらえる人もいるのではと思う。 食事をしている人が時間いっぱいまで落ち着いていられるように配慮した方が良いと思う。

酒店分新館本館，好像是疫情後蓋了新館。升降機很有特色，是斜着上的。住的是和式榻榻米，會幫你鋪好床。職員們都十分有禮。早餐和晚餐是自助式，兩天菜式都一樣。溫泉有露天和室內。酒店在山上，所以酒店有提供接駁巴士，但不是按時間表發車，而是他剛好有人下山，就會發車，剛好回到JR站的人就可以上車回去。如果沒有發車，需要自己打給酒店，派人發車。但我們有一次等了30分鐘都沒有車，也沒有日本電話號碼，在電話亭打了兩次才有車。其實車程只是1分鐘，但是上山走路可能20分鐘吧，而且下大雨。希望可以完善此部分
