Not worth it for the money

The initial photo of the property that sells it is inaccurate! It has been photoshopped. As soon as I walked up the stairs I was disappointed and I felt embarrassed that I was conned. I was silly and was instantly taken by the first advertised photo as we were looking for a place with a view. Instead I was horrified to see a house with what looks like a space ship.. looking beyond the house in front (not in initial picture) the view was lovely and we did have a nice time exploring the area.

Nice house but dirty

We came to this property for a 60th birthday. The house was spacious and the view beautiful. However it was spoiled because the house was quite dirty. The stove, fridge, cupboards and drawers were filthy. Also off putting we had to wash plates and cutlery before use. Also found cigarettes butts and empty beer bottles outside. Very disappointing for the money.

Golden stay

Found this property had an amazing look out to beach from balcony. Also very spacious living kitchen area. Great for families friends to be together in one section of house.

Great spot and great house!

We had an awesome weekend in Mistral. The house is beautifully set up and is very comfortable. It is a great place for a weekend with friends. We will definitely be back!!!

Short stay in Gerroa

Wonderful stay with family in great accommodation. Clean, plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids, big kitchen, easy check in and out, short walk to river and beach and spectacular views from house! Absolutely loved it. Will stay here again.

But disappointing. Cleanliness terrible. Service was poor.

We needed to clean everything in the kitchen it was all absolutely filthy. With cockroaches in cupboards. We didn’t receive all our bedding and when I tried to contact them they replied to one email and then never got back to us. We had to go and buy our own bedding. View was nice. Location great. Property management very poor.

Overall great

Overall the place was great, location, view, facilities and everything. Only thing lacking was that the place wasn’t the cleanest, could do with a professional clean. Other than that everything else was amazing, great large dining table, outside shower and the easy access to check into the property!

Mistral is a lovely well appointed beach home in Gerroa. We couldnt ask for anything more: clean, large dog friendly house with stunning views and a walk to the beach. We cant wait to stay here again. Fell in love with the South Coast all over again.
